Monday, 27 September 2010

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard made it official Monday morning.  He announced a $150 million project that will transform one of the city's few pieces of undeveloped land. It's a story 24-Hour News 8 first broke last week.  A hotel is planned for what is currently a parking lot just north of South Street. It will be surrounded by retail stores and apartments.  The name of the project is "North of South" and it's expected to create 2400 temporary and permanent jobs.
