• The location; it's so close to downtown and Fletcher Place. I walk and bike everywhere.<\/li>\n
• My balcony, especially in the warmer months.<\/li>\n
• The maintenance guys and leasing ladies. They are always helpful, timely, friendly, and professional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What's your favorite event in Indy?<\/strong>
  \nMy favorite event is the food festival called DigIn – A Taste of Indiana <\/a>that occurs every summer.<\/p>\n

  What are some of your favorite places to dine or drink that are within walking distance?<\/strong>
  \nThere are so many that are so close! Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil, Bluebeard, Siam Square, Hotel Tango Distillery, and City Market, just to name a few!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
