His fearlessness!! With the exception of the microwave timer and other things that beep, he's not afraid of anything!

How long have you lived here, in what floor plan and where is his favorite spot to lounge?
We've lived here for about three years. We currently live in an Amethyst floor plan. Sebastian loves lounging outside on the rooftop terrace or on the balcony — wherever he can catch the warmest sunbeams!

This spunky young fellow stopped by the office to answer a few questions.

1. How long have you lived at CItyWay and what floor plan did you choose? Where is Dash's favorite spot at home?
We have lived at CityWay for a little over a year and live in the Blush floor plan. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 story layout. Dash's favorite spots are on the couch where he can look out the window or out on the balcony.

2. What is his favorite toy and why?
His favorite toy is either a ball or a bone. The ball is for whenever he wants to play (which is all the time) and the bone is for a rare occasion when he is tired but still wants something to do.

3. What is his favorite CityWay activity?
His favorite activity to do is go to the dog area when it is warm enough (for me), chase bunnies when we go out for morning or evening walks, be pet by people at CityWay and "talk" to other dogs.

My favorite toy is "Porky" The Hedgehog because I love the way it squeaks and I love to pull the fur off it.

2. How did your pawrents find you and how did they know you were the one?
My pawrents found me chillin' in the cage at the pet store, lookin' cute AF. They came over and picked me up and wouldn't let me go!

3. Where is your favorite place at CityWay so far?
My favorite place at CityWay is the courtyard because I love to run around and make new dog-friends!

Have long have you lived at CityWay? What do you like about your floor plan?

I have been at CityWay for almost two years now. I live in the Azure floor plan because it has an enclosed bedroom and plenty of space for me! It is nice being so close to the parking ramp, especially when it comes to groceries.

What is your favorite thing about the city of Indianapolis?    

My favorite thing about Indy is the downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants, professional sports teams, events, and jobs all within a short walk. It is great not having rush hour traffic and simply walking to just about anywhere. When I first moved here, I didn’t expect the concert scene to be so vibrant and convenient. There are a lot of venues, and I have found tickets to be pretty affordable compared to other markets in the country.

What is your favorite bar or restaurant within walking distance of CityWay?

Hard question, but ReBar has become a new favorite of mine. The exposed wood and mood lighting give the bar a great ambiance. I would recommend the cheese curds and the beer card (self-serve beer). If you go over the three beer limit, they reset it for you! Another favorite is Union 50, which actually has a similar feel to ReBar but in a much larger space and the food is excellent. Union 50 is walkable from CityWay on a summer day, but otherwise a short Uber ride will get you there.

What are your three favorite things about living at CityWay?

• The location; it's so close to downtown and Fletcher Place. I walk and bike everywhere.
• My balcony, especially in the warmer months.
• The maintenance guys and leasing ladies. They are always helpful, timely, friendly, and professional.

What's your favorite event in Indy?
My favorite event is the food festival called DigIn – A Taste of Indiana that occurs every summer.

What are some of your favorite places to dine or drink that are within walking distance?
There are so many that are so close! Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil, Bluebeard, Siam Square, Hotel Tango Distillery, and City Market, just to name a few!
